Growing up in Sarasota allowed her to not only study art all the way from elementary school through high school but to also be part of the magnificent art in and around town. With John Ringling Art Museum and the John Ringling School of Art in her backyard so to say, she was exposed to the wonderful world of art. At age 30 she went back and finished her college degrees in Public Communications and Political Science. It wasn’t until she was in her late 50’s that she returned to her great love of Art.
