Emily Newman

I am deeply inspired by classic artists such as Vincent van Gogh and Claude Monet. They have very much influenced my style of painting with their textured expressions and vibrant colors. In my collection of work you will find lush landscapes, blossoming trees, blooming flowers, songbirds, and animals. These are the elements of mother earth that I am most drawn to, and feel it is my responsibility to interpret. I use a combination of brushes and palette knives to apply paint to the canvas. I work exclusively with oil paint as it resonates deeply with me.
